Kenneth Williams
Kenneth J. Williams brings a wealth of experience and visionary leadership to VGTel, Inc., spearheading the company’s groundbreaking business model. Under his direction, VGTel is dedicated to systematic study and research, focused on the replication and re-analysis of abstracts from published scientific whitepapers. This structured and organized approach follows defined protocols to comprehensively gather and analyze relevant evidence, ensuring unbiased, reproducible results through systematic reviews.
A seasoned technology professional, Mr. Williams boasts a diverse background spanning multiple industries, including serving as an Executive and Founder in the legal cannabis industry, crude oil sector, and technology. He has held various high-level positions, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Director, showcasing his exceptional leadership and ability to drive companies toward success.

Mark Hanson
Mark Hanson is a world-renowned astrophotographer and observatory systems specialist with over 25 years of experience capturing the cosmos. What began as a passion with a local astronomy group in Wisconsin evolved into a lifelong pursuit of dark skies, advanced imaging techniques, and a mission to reveal the hidden beauty of the universe. Mark’s journey led him from the Midwest to the remote skies of Animas, New Mexico, and ultimately to El Sauce, Chile in 2020, where he operates a world-class remote observatory setup in the Southern Hemisphere. While not formally trained in astronomy, Mark’s contributions to the field are well recognized: his work has appeared in NASA’s Astronomy Picture of the Day (APOD), Astronomy Magazine, the Albuquerque Museum, and numerous international publications. In 2014, he received first place in the Robotic Telescope category at the Royal Observatory Greenwich’s Astronomy Photographer of the Year awards. In addition to running Hanson Astrophotography and Algae Free, LLC, Mark also works with PlaneWave Instruments, where he sets up and maintains observatories and high-end telescope systems around the world. His technical precision, combined with his artistic eye, has made him one of the most respected names in modern astrophotography. Mark is also a contributing member of an international research team led by Dr. David Martinez-Delgado of the Max Planck Institute for Astronomy.
Kendrick Williams
Kendrick Williams is a dynamic leader with a unique blend of academic, military, and maritime expertise. At just 25 years old, Kendrick’s career has been marked by a dedication to innovation, discipline, and public service.
He began his professional journey studying in the prestigious Unmanned Drone Program at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he gained foundational knowledge in cutting-edge aviation technology. Though his studies were curtailed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Kendrick pivoted to a new path of service by enlisting in the U.S. Army. He concluded his military career at Fort Bragg Airborne, acquiring leadership skills, operational expertise, and a strong commitment to excellence.
Further demonstrating his versatility and passion for maritime operations, Kendrick earned a U.S. Coast Guard Captain’s License, showcasing his proficiency in navigation, safety, and vessel management. As the CEO for VGTel, Inc, Kendrick brings a disciplined, innovative approach to leading initiatives aimed at global atmospheric monitoring and advancing our understanding of the universe.
Dr. David Krolewski
Dr. Krolewski brings with him a rich background in neuroscience, psychiatry, and molecular biology, with more than two decades of scientific experience. He earned his Ph.D. from Wayne State University Medical School, where his
doctoral research focused on Parkinson’s disease and the complex networks in the brain that regulate motor function. Since then, he has held research positions at the United States Department of Veterans Affairs Hospital in Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan Medical School, where he currently serves as a Lead Research Area Specialist.
His postdoctoral work has centered In nderstanding ow genes and brain chemistry interact in major psychiatric disorders, including depression,
bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Using cutting-edge tools such as molecular imaging and gene expression analysis, Dr. Krolewski has helped
uncover some of the most intricate biological mechanisms behind human cognition and mental health. Now, he steps into a transformative role bridging human consciousness and
brain science with space exploration, quantum theory, and the broader mysteries of the universe.
Orvil Ratliff
Orvil brings over two decades of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, and site operations to the VGTel team. His background spans professional groundskeeping, eco-friendly landscaping, and logistics—making him a highly adaptable and dependable contributor to both terrestrial and support operations within the company.
Before joining VGTel, Orvil served as a freelance landscaping expert in Oklahoma City, where he developed a reputation for precision lawn care, irrigation system installation, and small engine repair. His career has also included critical safety roles, such as a Certified Pipe Inspector for oil field equipment and a long-haul delivery driver responsible for coast-to-coast transport of perishable goods.
Certified in OSHA safety standards, forklift and sky track operation, and holding a Class C CDL, Orvil combines technical proficiency with a strong work ethic and team-first mindset. At VGTel, he supports infrastructure and facility readiness for telescope installations, mobile outreach operations, and special event setups—ensuring that every site functions smoothly and efficiently.
