SEC Guidance & Compliance

VGTel aligns with the SEC’s staff guidance on meme coins and digital assets. We do not promote tokens—whether developed in-house or through partnerships—as investment opportunities or speculative vehicles. No promises of appreciation, profits, or investor returns are made or implied in connection with any blockchain activity.

Should any future crypto activity fall under SEC or other regulatory definitions of securities, VGTel will meet all registration, exemption, or disclosure requirements as required by law.

Technology Integrity & Intent

All blockchain-based tools or token-related platforms developed or used by VGTel will serve functional, educational, or archival purposes. We are not interested in exploiting hype, misleading naming conventions, or artificial scarcity schemes. Projects involving cryptocurrency or decentralized technology will be clearly described with accurate technical and legal context.
